They are allowed to roam the property and Terra keeps a close eye on them, they are well worked with so they are acclimated to people. Over winter they grow a thick curled coat and come spring the workers round up the herd to collect it. Once the hair is collected and cleaned, some of it is sold loose, dyed, spun into fabric and then turned into products that are sold. Apple Blossom Acres is owned and operated by Terra Moon. Trainers Terra Moon, Star Cruz and Wyatt Hutchinson along with the Apple Blossom Acres instructors, have years of teaching and show experience. Facilities Apple Blossom Acres is located in a beautiful rural setting, but is still convenient to some major Michigan roads. It is set on 192 acres of rolling hills, woods and orchards along the Thornapple River. Apple Blossom Acres has three barns with well lit 14' x 14' box stalls. All horses have daily turnout in large paddocks. Staff is resident onsite. Three heated tack rooms keep equipment warm and people toasty during winter. The
